These Terms & Conditions govern your use of po68 and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and po68. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets or wagers on the platform.
Before reading the full legal text, here are the six most important principles governing your use of po68.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use po68. Age is verified via CNIC. Underage accounts will be closed immediately and any funds returned.
Each player is permitted one po68 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension. Your account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. The words "including" and "include" shall be construed as if followed by "without limitation".
By completing the po68 registration process, checking the acceptance checkbox presented during registration, or by continuing to use the po68 Platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms are supplemented by po68's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorised to use the po68 Platform and must refrain from accessing or using the Services. Any continued use of po68 after published amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at po68's discretion during any stage of account use, you will be required to submit a clear, legible copy of your CNIC. po68 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification.
Where po68 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If underage gambling is confirmed, po68 will close the account, forfeit any winnings generated, and return net deposits to the extent practicable under applicable regulations.
To access the Services, you must register a single Account on the po68 Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by po68. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
Each natural person is strictly limited to one po68 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, is a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of multiple accounts associated with the same individual, po68 reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any bonus funds across all accounts, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. po68 may, at its sole discretion, permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your po68 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. po68 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify po68 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations, po68 may request the following documents at any time: a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of address issued within the last three months, source of funds documentation, and bank account or payment wallet ownership confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by po68 may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.
po68 currently supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and standard domestic bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. po68 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. po68 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your po68 account. Deposits are generally credited to your po68 balance in real time, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your po68 account, or to a verified bank account in your name. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. po68 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section, subject to any pending verification requirements. po68 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
The sole operating currency of po68 is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. po68 does not operate multi-currency accounts and does not accept foreign currency deposits.
po68 applies minimum and maximum transaction limits to deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed within the cashier section and may be subject to change. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools will not be able to exceed those limits regardless of the standard Platform limits.
po68 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within any specified time limit; failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

Bonus funds have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
All bets, wagers, and game rounds on po68 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, game, or market as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or participating in any game. po68 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on suspended markets, or in circumstances where a technical malfunction has affected the integrity of the market or game outcome.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any po68 intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of po68's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, po68 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:
Where po68's liability cannot be excluded by law, po68's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to po68 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
po68 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
po68 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time and without prior notice if: there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; your account is subject to a regulatory inquiry or law enforcement request; there is a pending KYC verification; your account shows signs of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; or technical circumstances require it.
po68 may permanently close your account upon confirmation of a material Terms violation, fraudulent conduct, or where maintaining the account would be contrary to po68's regulatory obligations. Upon termination for cause, po68 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, in cases of fraud or money laundering, to withhold real-money balances pending investigation and regulatory direction.
You may request to close your po68 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements on any active bonus must be settled. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
po68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, po68 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a regulatory obligation or to address an urgent security concern.
Your continued use of the po68 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which po68 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the po68 Platform shall first be referred to po68's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by po68's licensing authority. po68's decision on any gaming dispute (including bet settlement disputes) shall be final and binding unless demonstrably contrary to the published rules applicable to the relevant market or game.
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall not be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of any single territory, and po68 reserves the right to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction most appropriate to the enforcement of its rights.
